Enjoyed this lovely family run hotel: incredible food and very pleasant and amazingly nice staff. We had modern and airy room with good size bathroom. The property was in the central setting local to immediate village centre. Besides, it was close to restaurant and amazing breakfast, exploring the Wye Valley and near by tourist attractions. During easter everything was fab and we will be back.

The location was marvellous for Coleford, adjacent to LRS factory, the square, where there was a large screen showing Wimbledon matches at quite a high volume and restaurant.

Greatly enjoyed Coleford, the hotel was well-appointed and lovely little in clear well castle. The location of this venue next to an ocean of modern hassles, local shops and the square, where there was a large screen showing Wimbledon matches at quite a high volume was perfect and nice.

Everything was really good, clean hotel, excellent location in or immediately near the forest. I was there for 2 nights and ate at attached restaurant for breakfast and dinner. The nice decor and an extremely comfy bed made such a lovely stay.

Had absolutely perfect and lovely location for near by tourist attractions. I ate in the attached restaurant nearby. Overall it was nicely furnished for the extra bed. My breakfast was delicious and enjoyable with hot from the oven croissants and good coffee.
